These Membership Terms apply to paid recurring memberships purchased directly from Tony McCabe through tonymccabe.com. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your plan and benefits
Your enrollment offer identifies the membership, its benefits, price, billing currency, billing interval, and any minimum commitment. A recurring plan renews at the interval you expressly accept until canceled. We will not enroll you in recurring billing merely because you visit the site or buy a one-time product.
Private Access includes the advertised private writing and archive, first notice of program availability, and 10% member pricing on programs and books while your membership is active. Program admission and availability remain subject to the program’s stated requirements. First notice does not guarantee a place.
Contact us before completing a purchase if you need assistance receiving advertised member pricing, particularly when purchasing through an external retailer. We cannot change Amazon’s checkout prices; we will explain the available way to receive the advertised benefit before you buy.
Payment and renewal consent
Before enrollment, you must be shown the recurring charge, charge frequency, cancellation terms, and any trial or introductory offer and subsequent price. Recurring charges require your express affirmative consent. You will receive an acknowledgment of the agreed terms and cancellation information that you can retain.
If a payment fails, we may notify you and suspend unpaid access. A failed payment does not authorize a different price or undisclosed fee.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel future renewals at any time using the cancellation option supplied by the account or payment service managing your membership. You may also email contact@tonymccabe.com or send a request through our contact page. You do not need to make a phone call, explain your reasons, or accept another offer.
A written cancellation request takes effect when we receive it. We will confirm cancellation and refund a renewal charge made after a timely cancellation request. Reasonable identity checks may be used to protect your account without obstructing cancellation.
Access and refunds
When you cancel future renewals, access continues through the end of the period already paid for. There is ordinarily no partial-period refund if you keep that access, except for billing errors, failure to provide the purchased service, or where law requires a refund.
You may instead request immediate termination and a refund for the unused days in the current paid period. We calculate that refund using the amount actually paid for the period divided by the number of days in that period, multiplied by the unused days. This applies to monthly and annual memberships. Access and future member benefits end when immediate termination takes effect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval, or sooner where law requires. Bank processing may take additional time. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.
Notices and changes
We will give renewal, trial-ending, annual reminder, and price-change notices required by applicable law, including the billing information and cancellation instructions those notices require. We will obtain additional consent where required.
Changes will not retroactively increase charges or remove benefits already paid for. If a material reduction prevents us from delivering the purchased membership, you may end access and receive a refund for the unused portion. We will provide advance notice of prospective changes and an opportunity to cancel before they apply.
Member conduct and materials
Membership is for the enrolled member unless the offer expressly includes other users. Do not share credentials, resell private content, harass participants, or disclose other members’ private information. Lawful quotation, honest reviews, and other nonwaivable rights remain protected.
We may reasonably restrict access for fraud, security risks, or material misconduct. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow correction. We will not retain payment for future service we decline to provide.
Privacy, scope, and applicable rights
Our Privacy Policy explains our published information practices. Membership provides educational and business resources; it does not guarantee results or include private coaching unless the enrollment offer expressly says so.
These terms do not waive mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Earlier purchase promises remain honored. A more favorable applicable refund promise or nonwaivable legal protection takes precedence.
