Talks for founders and leaders who have outgrown their systems and are ready to build businesses that run without them..
Keynotes and workshops on founder dependency, operational control, and building a company that scales without breaking the person at the top.

For event organizers who want more than motivation.
Your audience has heard the pep talks. They need someone who has operated, not just advised, and who will tell them the truth about scale.
This is for you if
You run a conference, company offsite, or founder community. Your audience carries real revenue and real responsibility. You want a speaker who leaves them with decisions to make, not quotes to post.
This is not for you if
You want a hype act or a generic leadership talk. These sessions are direct and practical, built for people who run things. If your audience wants entertainment, this isn’t the right fit.

FAQs
1. What does Tony speak about?
Building the business and becoming the founder it needs. Talks cover positioning, pricing, focus, and the personal standards that separate founders who scale from those who stall.
Who are the talks for?
Founders, owners, and leadership teams. Rooms where people are responsible for results, not just ideas.
What formats are available?
Keynotes, half-day workshops, and full-day intensives. On stage or virtual.
What’s the difference between a keynote and a workshop?
A keynote shifts how the room thinks. A workshop changes what they do next. Every workshop ends with decisions made, not notes taken..
Is every talk tailored?
Yes. Before the event, Tony meets with your team to understand the audience, the stakes, and the outcome you need. No stock presentations..
How long is a typical session?
Keynotes run 45–60 minutes. Workshops run 3 hours to a full day. Q&A can be built into either.
Do you speak virtually?
Yes. Virtual sessions are built for the screen: tighter, more interactive, and held to the same standard as a live room.
What does it cost?
One flat fee, paid once. Individual sessions are $500. Major events are $7,500. Travel, if required, is quoted separately. Share your event details and you’ll receive a proposal within 48 hours.
How far in advance should we book?
[8–12 weeks] is ideal. Tony takes a limited number of engagements each year, so earlier dates are secured first.
Do you travel?
Yes. Based in city; travel is arranged in the proposal. Domestic and international.
Can the talk connect to ongoing work with our team?
Yes. Many engagements continue into The Intensive or a Foundation cohort for leadership teams, so the talk becomes a starting point rather than a one-off.
How do we book?
Submit an inquiry / Book a call with your date, audience, and goals. If it’s the right fit, you’ll receive a proposal and hold the date on confirmation.
